Our Favorite Teething Products
Hi guys! ❤️
Since teething is THE WORST, I thought I would take the time to make a list of Aurora’s favorite teething products! I’m no expert here, but she’s now almost 8 months old so if your baby is close in age hopefully this helps you! 😊
We’ve bought A LOT of different products that claim to be the holy grail of teething toys, but the truth is you’ll still probably need quite a few. I’ve said this before, but I think variety is key when it comes to keeping babies stimulated (variety of toys, teething remedies, sleeping places, etc. VARIETY IS JUST KEY) I’m going to start with the first teething toys we got for Aurora when she was around 3 months and move on by age.
This cute little deer teether is the best friend of Sophie the Giraffe (or at least that’s what I like to pretend 😜). Fan Fan is also made by Vulli, but is a much different size and shape than Sophie. We live in Indiana where giraffes are few and deer are plenty…so we went with Fan Fan. Aurora IMMEDIATELY loved it (around 3 months old) and still does. It’s 100% natural rubber so you just wipe it clean when dirty! It’s so cute!
This banana brush was actually an accidental purchase. A couple months ago we were looking for a toothbrush since Aurora was starting solids and we put this one and a real toothbrush in the cart and ending up buying both! This “brush” is made of silicone and has handles on the side that make it easy for baby to hold! She loves chewing on it, but we also give it to her after she eats to brush her gums.
3. Itzy Ritzy Pineapple Silicone Teether
This pineapple teether is so adorable! We were recently sent this product to try out from Itzy Ritzy & Aurora already loves it. It has tiny grooves all over it so that she can chew on different parts and the little holes make it easy for her to pick up and hold. You can find Itzy Ritzy products at Target!
4. Itzy Ritzy Teething Necklace
Lastly, I had been eyeing these teething necklaces for a while now so I’m so excited we got to try out one from Itzy Ritzy. How chic and discrete does this necklace look?! And yet, I put it on and Aurora instantly knew it was for her to chew on. LOL. I love this idea for babies that are always grabbing at mom’s jewelry.
That’s all! ❤️
I was going to describe some teething toys that didn’t work for us, but honestly every baby is different and I’d hate to put down a product that may work for you! Feel free to message me if you have any questions…or leave a comment below if you have any more suggestions!
