The Best Nursery Rug: Lorena Canals Rug Review

Well…I promised a fully updated nursery blog post, but mom life got me once again! I’ve rearranged things at least. We’ve taken out her swing and teepee to make room for toys & I swear it looks like a big kid room already 😢

Her floor was first and foremost though. Aurora has started crawling (or at least trying to) and I really couldn’t stand the thought of her putting her mouth on our carpet 😷 …no matter how clean. I’m thrilled we had the opportunity to try out a Lorena Canals rug!

I’ve loved this company for a while now. They have beautiful Wall Decor, Blankets, & of course Washable Rugs, but their social mission is what makes them so awesome. Lorena Canals provides schooling for children in northern India.

“With the purchase of one of our rugs, a customer helps a child attend school. We believe that education is the key to mobility and vital in breaking the poverty cycle. So our customers not only help children to get an education but also the opportunity to live a better life”

These rugs are made in India & designed in Spain and there are seriously so many gorgeous patterns to choose from.

We were gifted this darling rug in Hippy Soft Pink 💞😍

Aurora loves it! It’s so soft and cute. All their rugs & cushions are:

  • Machine Washable
  • Made with All Natural Dyes
  • Handmade
  • & contain no VOC’s like most rugs

I’ve never thought about how dirty our carpets and rugs could be. After walking on them, the dog rolling on them, the baby spitting up or getting changed on them 🙈 oh gosh…the list goes on.

Now…our fur baby is NOT ALLOWED on this one, we don’t wear our shoes in the house, and princess Aurora is in play time heaven! 👸🏼✨

More updates on her nursery COMING SOON. Check out more on Lorena Canals here:
